Tern Designs Limited (TDL) is a leading design and build company providing expertise in planning, design, building construction, project supervision and management of construction projects. Tern Designs is an international company incorporated in the republic of Uganda.

Tern Designs Ltd was formed after a merger of two companies that is; AB Designs Ltd and Tern Consulting Engineers.

Tern Designs Limited offers a wide range of services including planning and design (that is; Architectural design, Structural design and detailing, Highway/roads design, Public health design,  etc...), Actual Building construction, Project Management and Supervision, Civil works and Landscaping, Materials and Geo-technical Investigation, Water Engineering and Feasibility studies which has seen the company implement various construction projects in Uganda, East Africa and the whole of  Africa.

Tern Designs through its sister company VARC Engineering Solutions Ltd provides Air Conditioning and Ventilation, Refrigeration and Heating Services
